Really do your research. Find out what the vehicle classes are and if you you really have the money to create one. It all sounds good but the money might be way more than you think. It all depends on the series though. Good Luck

I have not seen or heard of this before, but am very much envolved in motorsports. This is probably just someone's joke or someone elses anti-motorsports rant, & these rules would never likely ever exist as they don't make much sense & have no logical reason to exist. I would not worry about it if I were you. I guess you really could view anything on the internet (or in the media). Maybe this is your joke on any of us whoever read and/or answer your question. My curiosity led me to check out your question, & scince I read it I gave you an answer. I am someone whom is known to be social & enjoy conversation. I am Canadian. Sometimes there are any rediculous laws & silly rules though (history is litered with them). Take Care Eh!
